“The secret to getting ahead is getting started.”
-Mark Twain

Hello everyone, Welcome to my first blog.
If you are here for the first time and reading this very first blog of mine, you might be thinking
-‘Oh no! not again. A software guy again with his tech blog.’

I know, had similar feelings when I used to surf other bloggers. But later I felt their importance and how they helped people like me and other software families to grow in their career.

This blog is just a small attempt of mine to contribute something to our software fraternity

First of all I would like to tell you about the blog title;

Why Mr. Code?

No! he is not the comic character from Marvel comics, this guy is different.

Mr. code here, resembles each and every one of us in the software industry whether they are developers, testers, analysts, consultants, marketing executives, technical supports, project owners, managers, directors or CTO’s.

Mr. Code is just the representation of our community at every phase of it.

My purpose here is to share my thoughts, perspective and experience to the software community, help others specially the people who are starting their career because I and everyone else goes through that arduous phase of life.

My intent is to keep it bi-directional so that there is a communication among us. I want to learn it from you too and as they say

-“To learn, read. To know, write. To master, teach.”

When we start our career we see things in much more complex way, unknown of the fact that they are much simpler than what we assume. So I desire to share my understanding to complex problems which I came across.

Yes, I want to do all these but not being what I am but rather having a face which mirrors all of us in the community. So any one can be Mr. Code.

Oops! Forgot to introduce myself.

Well Hi, I am Wasim Khan, a software developer engaged with .net and other web technologies. Not only .net but love to work with other languages too and eager to learn more.
And I also love Football and Cricket 😛
You can read more here.

For whom is this blog for?

This blog is for you all people; be it developers, product owners, scrum coaches, CEO’s,
marketers or salespeople. Will be more than happy to help every entity of software industry.
And yes we are entities 😃

It was always in the back of my mind to be a Specialist rather than a Generalist. So here, lets discuss more about the problem we face in our ever evolving software industry. Let’s discuss about the dilemmas, obstacle and disagreements we come across.

General idea of mine with this blog is to bring forward the ideas and solutions to all the complicated problems we face, whether it is related to coding, communication, work-environment, management, health, careers, etc.. Instead of just focusing on coding lets us look at more comprehensive view of our lives.

Hope I contribute my part and contribute it well so that it benefit others. Your comments and feedbacks will be very important for me so keep me posted with them.

Stay tuned with my blog, much better things to come.! 😀
